Ntot Adults Dance Academy

About

ntot. is a contemporary Dance Academy dedicated exclusively to amateur adults, with or without previous experience. We believe dance is not a privilege, but a deeply human need — a way to express, explore, connect and feel alive. We create a safe, creative space where adults can play, experiment and discover themselves through movement. Beyond classes, ntot. builds communities and creates opportunities to perform and connect internationally, with a strong presence in Cyprus and Italy. For us, dance is not about perfection, but about experience, courage and the joy of moving authentically.
