I've been dancing since I was 5 and have tried many different styles. I've been teaching High Heels for over 2 years. For me, a class isn't only about technique and choreography — first of all, I care about how you feel: that you enjoy the movement, feel freer and leave the class inspired. I work with different goals — from acrobatics and plasticity to flexibility and opening up the body. I'm also currently studying dance movement therapy to better understand the connection between movement, state and self-awareness.
